Day 1
Site visit
We check your TVs, Wi-Fi and where the server will live. Free in Malé, Hulhumalé and Villimalé.
Day 2
Itemised quote
Setup, hardware and optional extras listed separately. Valid 30 days.
Days 3–10
Build & brand
We order hardware, prepare your launcher with your logo and colours, and load your welcome film, menu boards and offers.
Days 10–14
Install on site
Server in, screens configured room by room, Wi-Fi checked under load. Usually one day for 8 screens.
Handover
Training & support
Staff walkthrough, a one-page guide for the front desk, and our WhatsApp line.
Under the hood
One server. Every screen.
- Vue TV Manager on a small, silent server in your office. It stores your videos, menus and layouts, and runs every screen.
- Each TV runs the Vue app: your branding, the guest's apps, your channel, menus and signage.
- Your content streams locally over your network, so it plays smoothly even when the internet is slow.
- Streaming apps use the guest's own account and your internet connection.
- Remote management over a private VPN. Nothing is exposed to the internet.
Day to day
- New guest: nothing to do. The TV welcomes them.
- Checkout: one tap on the staff phone.
- New menu or offer: change it on your phone. It's on every screen.
